  Student Mission Trip "I Believe Tour";;;;;
Annual Student Missions trip to Joyabaj, Guatemala

Trip Dates - July 17th - 24th
Meet in the Student Parking Lot on July 17th at 4:00pm!  Don't forget your passport!!  Travel shirts will be handed out upon arrival.  Make sure your suitcase is no heavier than 50 lbs. and your backpack less than 22 lbs..

This is the last week before the trip and we are asking that you take the necessary time to be spiritually ready. This trip is evangelistic in nature and we need to be spiritually prepared to stand together. We must prepare ourselves to be gracious to one another in all circumstances. If we first stand against strife and division spiritually in our own hearts then we'll be able to recognize and stand against strife and division when it challenges us on the mission field.

The topic for this week 7/11 - 7/17 is spiritual warfare. As we prepare to lift Christ up among the nations, please make no mistake about it, there is spiritual opposition. The bible tells us to stand ready with the full armor of God that we can withstand the enemies strategies and attacks. Yet, we are confident that we go in the name of Jesus, for the sake of Jesus and His glory.

**Remember that this week, we have called the team to a one day fast on Tuesday, July 13th. On this day we ask that you not only pray about this topic of spiritual warfare, but that you incorporate the prayer points from the previous two weeks. Please also take time to wait on the Lord and pray as He might lead you. It's critical to cultivate your relationship with Christ and listen to Him above all.
